Abstract submission

Guidelines for oral presentations:

Oral presentations will last 15 minutes (questions included), and 25 + 5 for invited speakers. The preferred language for presentations is English, with the exception of PhD students who may choose to present their work in French if they wish, but will in any case use English for their slides. A PC will be available for presenters. Please transfer your presentation to the PC before the start of the session so that those following by video can see your slides.
 

Instructions for poster presentations :

 Grids will be available for A0 posters. Posters can remain on display for the entire duration of the JNTE. Here again, we encourage presenters to use English for their posters.

 The summary (template below) can be uploaded to the 'my submissions' tab when you're logged in.
