Eco-friendly conference

Since 2020, the Charles Sadron Institute has been committed to sustainable development and social responsibility. We are working together to reduce the carbon footprint of our research activities and events.


We therefore invite you to support us in this approach by :

1. Favouring soft modes of transport or public transport. Participants can assess their impact using the lab1point5 tool: https://apps.labos1point5.org/travels-simulator.

2. Confirming your participation in the meals (and informing us of any changes) to limit food waste. As far as possible, we will try to use washable crockery, tap water and propose vegetarian menus.

3. Reducing and sorting your waste (minimal printing of the programme, limited goodies, etc.).
